Dixon Gateway
Located at the Interstate 88 ramp, Dixon Gateway is a prime development opportunity that is supported by a strong partnership of LCIDA, the City of Dixon, Xsite Real Estate, and Walsh Partners. The site is within the Lee-Ogle Enterprise Zone, the Fargo Creek TIF District, and a designated Opportunity Zone.
In the past year several new tenants have begun operations, including Chipotle, Jersey Mike's, Casey's gas station, a new 16,000 square foot child care center operated by the Dixon Family YMCA, T-Mobile, LA Nails, Terrabis cannabis dispensary, and nearby the Tru by Hilton hotel.
