The first tenant to open will be Chipotle, followed by a multi-tenant building with Jersey Mike's, T-Mobile, LA Nails, and a cannabis dispensary. Following soon after will be a new 16,000 square foot child care center operated by the Dixon Family YMCA, a Casey's gas station, a Fairfield Inn by Marriott, and a car wash. Four approximately 1-acre sites remain open for new development.
Ground was broken on the Dixon Gateway development in spring 2022 and construction is underway. Xsite Real Estate and Walsh Partners are attracting new investors and tenants.
