In the past year several new tenants have begun operations, including Chipotle, Jersey Mike's, T-Mobile, LA Nails, Terrabis cannabis dispensary, Casey's gas station, and nearby the Tru by Hilton hotel. Opening soon will be a new 16,000 square foot child care center operated by the Dixon Family YMCA, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, and a car wash. Four approximately 1-acre sites remain open for new development.
